Ichikawa is the first parking area driving from Chiba toward Tokyo. The dining hall offers an excellent menu of Japanese soul food such as fried chicken nuggets and ramen. The gift shop sells many famous local goods such as peanuts as well as Chiba-themed souvenirs and character goods, making it fun just to look around.

3Kabukiza Theatre歌舞伎座
Kabukiza upholds Japanese traditions and the spirit of kabuki in the environs of the modern and fashionable Ginza district. The theater is popular as a photo spot.
With a history stretching back more than 400 years, kabuki performances are characteristic of Japan. The first Kabukiza was built during the Meiji Era. The current theater, opened in 2013, is the world’s only dedicated kabuki theater, and is the perfect place to experience the beauty of this traditional art.

4Sensoji Temple浅草寺

The Kaminarimon gate’s impressive giant lantern is popular with tourists. Sensoji Temple is Tokyo’s oldest temple, founded in 628. There are many things to see in the temple, including the main hall and the five-storied pagoda. The many shops along the Nakamise-dori Shopping Street provide an excellent taste of Japan.
On the right of Kaminarimon Gate is a statue of the God of Wind, Fujin; on the left is a statue of the God of Thunder, Raijin. The gate’s official name, Furaijinmon, takes its name from these two gods.
